This annual report represents the Indian white paper of defense for the years 2010 and 2011. It evaluates the Indian security environment and addresses the state of the Indian military, its organization, and the Indian defense industry and technology sector. The report also analyzes Indian defense cooperation with other states as well as ceremonial, vigilance and women empowerment activities.
