This bulletin discusses the relations between Serbia and Kosovo in light of a recent agreement between the two countries on the implementation of integrated border management. The author argues that this constitutes an important element of the normalization of relations between the two countries and could lead to further progress in Serbia's integration with the EU. The issues related to the administration of the northern part of Kosovo will be a part of the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina and will become a source of the EU's conditions for the further European integration of Serbia.
