This research report identifies needs of the mediation and post-conflict reconstruction and development (PCRD) pools of the African Union's Peace and Security Department (PSD) Civilian Standby Roster. In addition, the report provides an assessment of progress made in the different pools, including the civilian dimension of the African Standby Force (ASF); mediation; and post-conflict reconstruction and development.
