This report examines the need for policy reform in order to achieve the benefits gained from active aging in the workplace. The authors provide several policy recommendations to advise on a positive transition forward in this area. Their main arguments are based around the concentrated efforts required by all relevant stakeholders and the dismissal of the popular notion that it is a positive policy to push older workers out of labor to free up jobs for a younger generation.
