Pursuant to Article 13 (3) of Council Decision 2010/427/EU of 26 July 2010 establishing the organization and functioning of the European External Action Service (EEAS), the High Representative is held to provide a review of the organization and functioning of the EEAS by mid-2013. This review will cover, inter alia, the implementation of Article 6 (6), (8) and (11), so as to ensure an adequate geographical and gender balance and a meaningful presence of nationals from all member states in the EEAS.
