Twenty years after war ravaged the Balkans many people still remain displaced. On 25 May 2012 Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia Herzegovina met together to find a regional solution to displacement in the Western Balkans and to assist the voluntary return and reintegration of refugees.
