Publication

The first article in this paper analyzes the different frameworks, particularly in regard to budgetary issues, with which Europeans and Americans analyze crisis management. In the second article, the relationship between the NATO Response Force (NRF) and the Battle Groups of the European Union is examined. Here the author provides recommendations on how to ensure that both initiatives develop in the spirit of complementary and mutual support.
