In this transcript, John B Bellinger III testifies before the US House Committee on the Judiciary on the legal and policy issues that stem from the use of lethal force by the US government against American citizens abroad. He suggests the Obama Administration should defend the legality of drone strikes to ensure that the US does not lose the intelligence support of its allies. He also says that the Administration should be more transparent about who it is targeting and the way it selects targets.
