In this testimony, the author assesses the implications of North Korea's expanding nuclear program. He warns that a nuclear-armed and proliferating North Korea fundamentally jeopardizes international stability and US strategic interests in Asia, the Middle East, as well homeland security. The author calls for a US policy that counters, protects, deters and disrupts Pyongyang’s burgeoning nuclear and missile capabilities.
