This report places India's relations with its Southeast Asian neighbors into perspective by assessing the success of its foreign policy toward them. The author highlights the importance of Southeast Asian countries to India in its competition for power with China and urges India to step up its diplomacy to safeguard the stability and prosperity of the region.
