This brief from the Finnish Institute of International Affairs looks at the debates in Sweden over the country's ability to defend itself. The author suggest that these debates have led to the disintegration of the very cornerstones of the country's defense policy. Consequently, Finland should prepare for the possibility of Sweden making rapid changes to its security policy.
