This report provides information on the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. It states that Iran has failed to meet its obligations under its Safeguards Agreement with respect to the reporting of nuclear material imported into Iran, the subsequent processing and use of the material, and the declaration of facilities and other locations where the material was stored and processed.
