This report provides information on the implementation of the Safeguards Agreement between Iran and the IAEA in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. The report provides a chronology of events from November 2003, a summary of the IAEA's verification activities and its current assessment, and next steps. While Iran has been actively cooperating with the IAEA in providing access to locations requested by the Agency, there are reporting failures that are a matter of serious concern.
