This article assesses how the Lithuanian presidency of the EU Council will affect EU- Belarus relations. The author contends that Lithuania will make every effort to ensure that a Belarusian delegation, led by the country’s prime minister, takes part in Eastern Partnership summit in Vilnius in November 2013.
