This report argues that Latin America, North America, and Europe should build a stronger, more equal trilateral partnership based on shared interests and values. It suggests that they should build an open transatlantic marketplace and a stronger resource partnership by creating trilateral dialogues on trade, investment and energy. It also argues that they should strengthen education and research links and prioritize law enforcement efforts to increase security for their citizens.
