This special issue explores issues related to terrorism studies with a particular emphasis on anti-terrorism legislation. The topics covered include an evaluation of British counter-terrorism strategies, an analysis of the legal definition of terrorism issued by the Appeals Chamber of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon, and the development of the role of UN Ombudsperson, among others.
