This report presents key findings and recommendations from the Fifth US-ROK Strategic Dialogue held in Hawaii in 2013. The conference participants discussed and examined the impact of the 2012 elections in both countries on the US-ROK alliance. They also compared assessments of China and North Korea, and focused on ways to strengthen US extended deterrence.
