In this testimony, presented to the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, the speaker discusses the geopolitical implications of allowing the export of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the US. He argues that if Congress allows LNG exports to increase while protecting against certain risks, the US's economy and national security can be strengthened.
