This transcript examines opportunities for Zimbabwe's economic and political development in the context of an emerging Africa. The speaker explains that Zimbabwe is well-placed for sustained socio-economic development. However, it must build on a fledgling reform program. He identifies transparent democratic governance, improved infrastructure, commercial recovery, and the return to sustainable levels of debt as four preconditions to Zimbabwe's future prosperity.
