Publication

This bulletin addresses the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine as well as its relation to Poland. The author urges the Polish authorities to step up their dialogue with the Ukrainian authorities at the highest levels to persuade them to fulfill the EU’s requirements for changes in criminal and procedural law as well as electoral law. Furthermore, he also suggests they should persuade Ukraine to proceed with other activities that are necessary for integration with the European Union.
