This note summarizes key points on a dialogue on issues in the Asia-Pacific region related to geopolitics, economics and security, evolving security treats, maritime challenges, migration and trafficking, and the modernization of the regions militaries. The participants agreed that, to confront these challenges, long-term joint strategies are required for effective cooperation, not only among governments but also with business and civil society organizations.
