This report reviews the developments and initiatives undertaken in the framework of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership from 2005 to 2009. The authors provide factual descriptions of the actions of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership in particular fields, focusing on multilateral programs and dynamics, as well as the cooperation and institutional dimensions of the partnership.
