This report provides an overview of the progress of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership in the context of the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty (1 December 2009) and European financial and socio-economic crisis. It also looks at the economic and financial cooperation within the area and the implementation of the Euro-Mediterranean Free Trade Area as well as Euro-Mediterranean sectorial cooperation. It covers the period from June 2009 to December 2010.
