This paper assesses youth activism in the Palestinian Territories. The authors argue that although young Palestinians are generally alienated from politics, there are pockets of dedicated activists who are able to mobilize widely and who have a fresh vision for independence from Israel. The report concludes that there is evidence of integration among these scattered groups, but it has not yet reached a level where they engage in sustained national organization.
