In this speech transcript, John Dramani Mahama, who is the President of Ghana, discusses his government's approach to addressing a number of political and economic issues. In particular, these concern the effective management of revenues from the expanding oil sector, the strengthening of governance and service delivery, and the maintenance of record levels of economic growth. He also reflects on the strength of Ghana's democracy, and presents his vision for the country's future and its regional role.
