Publication

This research paper assesses the decentralized system of Spanish development cooperation in the context of post-2015 aid effectiveness. The authors promote the continuation of multilevel dialogue to accompany reflections on the effectiveness of development cooperation and to follow up on the Rio+20 accord. The paper builds upon a long process of consultation and proposes long-term action for the post-2015 development agenda.
