This paper examines Arctic Urban and City Sustainability from a Russian perspective. It contains three separate analyzes, the first giving an overview of Russia's policies for Arctic cities, the second analyzing intercity networks as a promoting factor for Arctic sustainability and the third giving an overview of Russia's plans for the Northern sea route.
