This paper examines legislative proposals to review cyber-security. It argues that concerns have been growing over the legislative framework for cyber-security and that they might need to be revised in order to address needs for improvement. It goes on to discuss a new framework, and proposals to amend more than 30 acts of Congress that are part of or relevant to it.
