This report assesses public perceptions of the safety and security of communities living in Eastern Abkhazia. The assessment is based on the results of a household survey as well as focus group discussions. It suggests that perceptions of safety and security are improving, but that positive perspectives are unevenly distributed across the various areas of the region.
