This paper looks at the cooperation between Poland and Spain in the context of the Eurozone crisis. Besides cooperation within the EU in fields such as completing the single market and promoting the European Neighbourhood Policy, this paper argues that both countries should focus on improving their economic ties through bilateral relations. It proposes that both countries should open new mutually accessible markets, which could help Poland make its economy more competitive and provide Spain with a lever for economic recovery.
