This issue brief assesses the political, humanitarian, and security-related impact of the Syrian Civil War on neighboring Lebanon. Unsurprisingly, it argues that Hezbollah’s involvement in Syria and the rising tide of refugees trailing in its wake have only worsened Lebanon’s socio-political fault lines.
