This paper discusses youth participation in Nigerian peacebuilding and posits that young people are not intrinsically inclined to violent behavior; rather, they are products of their societies. The authors argue that the incorporation of youths into peacebuilding processes would facilitate their transformation from agents of violent conflict to agents of peace in their societies.
