In this transcript, President Thein Sein of Myanmar explains the implications of his country's political transition from authoritarianism to democracy. He talks about some of the challenges the transition has raised including in the area of land ownership and urban planning. He concludes by stressing his willingness to engage in friendly relations with the UK in order to help Myanmar's integration into the international community.
