This report focuses on a range of themes related to Indian and international development cooperation. First, it provides a historical context for the cooperation. It then looks at India's place within the development architecture. Subsequently, it outlines significant experiences of international actors in conflict-affected zones and examines the role of the private sector and civil society in development cooperation. Finally, it presents a set of recommendations for the Development Partnership Administration (DPA), Indian civil society and other international actors.
