This report analyzes the experience gained by the armed forces of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania through their participation in multinational operations since the 1990s. The author provides an in-depth analysis of how these nations view current and future security threats and likely problems. He also recommends some ways in which the United States could support and accommodate them into larger allied operations.
