This bulletin analyzes Lithuania's future energy policy, focusing on possibilities of energy cooperation with its neighbors and the building of a nuclear power plant in Visaginas. The author discusses the growing skepticism towards these projects among the potential co-shareholder countries, Latvia and Estonia and possible international implications, especially for Poland.
