This report by the Peace and Security Council contains an analysis of the role of militias in maintaining order in post-conflict Libya as well as an analysis of election related violence in Zimbabwe in 2012. It also features a security analysis and threat assessment of the Lord’s Resistance Army from May 2012 onward and provides a summary on Central African regional and sub-regional economic communities.
