This report by the Peace and Security Council contains an analysis of the risk of election violence in the wake of the constitution making process in March 2013 in Zimbabwe, as well as a strategic review of the UN AMISOM mission in Somalia. It also contains an article analyzing the Panel of the Wise and similar mechanisms at regional level as well as their partnerships with the African Union.
