This report by the Peace and Security Council contains an analysis of the current crisis of the legislative elections in Guinea in 2013 as well as an analysis of the success of the Intervention Brigade and other stabilization units and missions in the Democratic Republic of Congo after heavy fighting in May 2013 between the M23 rebels and the Forces Armées de la République Démocratique du Congo. It also provides an update on activities of the Lord’s Resistance Army since June 2013.
