Publication

This report summarizes the exchanges held at the Constructive Powers Initiative (CPI) Conference in May 2013. During the first part of the conference, representatives from CPI countries described the foreign policy issues and trends they expect to grapple with in the next several years. During the second part of the event, the participants concentrated on Internet governance, cyber security, and digital diplomacy in order to identify emerging trends and to canvass for opportunities for further cooperation.
