This report looks at the European Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) Reform 2014-2020. The author analyzes key elements of the reform and the implications for the UK, as well as issues that are still under discussion. She states that the agreed upon package is an acceptable outcome for the UK but is not the genuine reform that the country had been hoping for.
