This paper analyzes how conflicts in Africa countries are both regionalized and internationalized through the actions of diaspora groupings. The author details both the positive and negative contributions of diaspora groups to conflicts in their native countries, and considers how such conflicts affect the wellbeing of such groups. He goes on to argue for the need for international policies to enable African diaspora groups to become positive agents of conflict transformation.
