Publication

This paper looks at US foreign policy and cultural diplomacy towards Iran as a way of promoting cultural dialogue and exchanges. It recommends actions for advancing these exchanges as a national security imperative and advocates the establishment of a non-official bilateral coordinating body to help develop and support US-Iran exchange programs.
