Publication

This paper does indeed focus on the pluses and minuses of Belarus joining the Common Economic Space (CES). However, it also analyzes the impact the integration process is having and might have on Belarusian domestic policies and economic development. In the last case, EU and specifically Polish promotion of modernization projects could facilitate needed reforms within the country.
