This comment analyzes the political transition in Tunisia after July 2013. The author argues that the stability of the country is in danger, as leading opposition forces in Tunisia have been questioning the legitimacy of the constituent process and accuse the government of being complicit in the death of opposition politician Mohamed Brahmi. She underlines the important role international cooperation and influence can play in supporting and encouraging civil rights, in order to help grant stability to the country.
