This report provides an overview of the regulatory framework of the media and telecommunications sector in the United States of America. It looks at the growing convergence between these two sectors and addresses selected topics - broadband regulation and access, ownership rules, funding, internet governance and other regulations - key to the telecommunications/media convergence and regulations debate.
