This report covers the implementation of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Safeguards Agreement, and relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions in Iran. It addresses developments since the previous report of May 2013, as well as issues of longer standing, and focuses on those areas where Iran has not fully implemented its binding obligations.
