This report summarizes the findings and points of discussion from two panel sessions at the SDA´s roundtable discussion on "Safeguarding Defence Technologies". The first session looked at how effective cross border cooperation, and the European Defence Agency, have been in stimulating new technologies more widely. The second session discussed whether Europe should try to protect its defense industries by creating an EU-wide arms exports policy.
