This publication reports on the 'African Women and Youth as Agents of Change through Technology and Innovation' conference held in May 2013. The two-panel conference featured several examples of technological innovations by women and emerging youth leaders in Africa; as well as speakers who spoke of the importance of mentorship, skills training, and providing support to future generations of African women and youth. The panelists shared their experiences with technology and innovation, and discussed their objectives for advancing development of both their countries and local communities.
