This bulletin examines the challenges the EU faces following Russia's threat to restrict trade with Ukraine. The author argues that the EU should help provide Ukraine with options for countering repercussions of the likely return of Russian trade restrictions. He concludes with recommendations for the EU and Poland on how to best deal with this threat.
